The training tools work without AI. The AI tools below are plan-gated and off until a site admin enables each one.
AI tools in the product
These are the AI controls the app actually shows. There is no writing coach in the editors, forums, or quizzes.
AI content drafts
On plans that include it, teachers can draft lesson text in the editor. Drafts stay unpublished until someone reviews them. The site needs its own OpenAI key and the content-generator setting turned on.
Lesson chat
A chat panel on a lesson when the plan includes chat and the site turns it on. It is tied to that lesson. It is not a site-wide assistant for admins.
AI grading suggestions
On rubric-based text assignments, a teacher can request a suggested score and feedback. Nothing is returned to the learner until the teacher reviews it and saves.
AI reporting
Teachers and site admins can ask for a table or chart in plain language when the plan includes reporting and the site turns it on. Learners do not get this page.
Progress recommendations
On Ultimate, and only when the site enables it, learners can see a recommended next activity, weak-topic practice, or spaced review from their progress. It does not rewrite the course.

Question banks and grading workflows. Auto-scored questions are marked by the quiz engine; essays stay with a teacher.
Question bank filters
Tag and difficulty filters on question banks when the site turns them on. This is not AI question writing, item analysis, or answer hints.

Concern escalation to site owners and course teachers, audit retention, and role-based access.
Multi-tenant branding
Per-site themes, domains, registration rules, and Stripe billing in GBP.
